Return/Exchange Policy

Steps to return/exchange:

Our Products go through quality check before they are dispatched, which minimizes the chances of receiving damaged/wrong product. However in case you happen to receive defected/damaged/wrong product, inform us via email ( support@adahbespoke.com ) with the subject heading “ Order Return/Exchange “ and mentioning the order number along with picture of the product and the reason for return/exchange within 2 days of receiving the order. Our team shall revert via mail or call to discuss the next step as soon as possible. No returns/exchange will be entertained after the lapse of above stated time frame.

Terms for Exchange:

In case you order a wrong size or receive a defected product or have issues related to color/material, goods can be exchanged but we reserve the sole right to make the decision. Under no circumstances will we bear the return courier cost. You will have to arrange the dispatch yourself. Kindly ensure that you return the goods by Registered/ Recorded Delivery service that requires signature of recipient. Under no circumstances will we bear lost returns. Goods once received will be inspected. They should be sent along with the original packing, should be unused and returned with the tags intact.

*Any customized ( altered / dyed / stitched / made on order / etc ) product is not entitled for exchange.

*For International Orders, the consumer is liable to bear the shipping charges or any other charges ( customs/duties/taxes/etc ) for sending the product to us and the cost incurred to ship the exchanged product back.

*Please note that exchange shall be made at the sole discretion of adahbespoke/adah chikankari

Terms for Refund:

In case you order a wrong size or receive a defected product or have issues related to colour/material, goods can be exchanged but we reserve the sole right to make the decision. Under no circumstances will we bear the return courier cost. You will have to arrange the dispatch yourself. Kindly ensure that you return the goods by Registered/ Recorded Delivery service that requires signature of recipient. Under no circumstances will we bear lost returns. Goods once received will be inspected. They should be sent along with the original packing, should be unused and returned with the tags intact.

After inspection if the product is found with manufacturing defect, entire amount shall be refunded except 5% processing fee. Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer. The refund shall be processed within 5 working days.

If the product is found in perfect condition post inspection, consumer will bear the cost of shipping it for the second time. Once the consumer has been informed about the same through mail/ call/text, the consumer is responsible to arrange for having the product shipped back within 10 working days, after which adahbespoke/adah chikankari will not bear the responsibility of product.

*Any customized ( altered / dyed / stitched / made on order / etc ) product is not entitled for refund.

* Priority shipping is non refundable. 

*For International Orders, the consumer shall bear the shipping charges or any other charges ( customs/duties/taxes/etc ) incurred to send the product back to us. A nominal 12% processing fee shall be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within 14 working days. Under no circumstances adahbespoke/adah chikankari will bear shipping charges or any other charges ( customs/duties/taxes/etc ) in case of chargeback/exchange/refund/etc request.

*Please note that refund shall be made at the sole discretion of adahbespoke/adah chikankari

* Products purchased during SALE period or on Discounted Prices will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
